Our accommodation "Südstrand" is situated in a quiet yet central location in Westerland. Enjoy the immediate proximity to the beach and the lively promenade, while still being able to enjoy the peace and relaxation of a private retreat.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment Südstrand! This cozy accommodation has recently been completely renovated and now offers you the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. The interior is modern and inviting and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bright living room invites you to relax and has a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings. The adjoining high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a full range of cooking utensils and crockery. Here you have the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes and feel right at home. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) including TV and offers a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the island.
The balcony of the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. With comfortable seating and a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, the balcony is the ideal place to enjoy the fresh air and unwind.

To get you into the vacation feeling right away, a made-up nest awaits you on arrival: On your arrival, the beds are freshly made for you and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a shower mat and a tea towel per person. We charge a fee of 25 euros per person for this (except for infants up to 3 years). For good health: For reasons of hygiene, the linen packs are obligatory when you book.
We would also like to inform you: There is a spa tax for adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality - your guest cards will be in your vacation home on arrival. We charge a fee of 29,- Euro with your booking.
LAUNDRY PACKAGE: 25,-EUR per person
SERVICE CHARGE: 29,- per booking
TAX: see tax regulations of the individual municipalities
With Airbnb and Booking.com and some other direct booking portals, these costs are charged directly by us in addition to the stated booking price.
