The ground floor of this domicile captivates with expansive, refined limestone flooring, hand-planed oak floorboards, and underfloor heating, ensuring the utmost comfort. The open living and dining area creates an inviting atmosphere, emphasizing the special flair of this property. The fitted kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art electrical appliances, while the historic Mylin fireplace adds another focal point.

The three bedrooms of the house offer ultimate comfort with large double beds and continuous mattresses. Each room has its own flat-screen TV, and a modern bathroom adjoins each sleeping space. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the upper floor, and the other two are on the loft floor.

Another highlight awaits you in the wellness area with a private sauna – the ideal place to relax after an extensive beach walk.

NOTICE (please read!)

To immediately start your holiday feeling, a comfortable nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bathrobe, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 35,- Euro per person (excluding toddlers up to 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.
We would also like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate the tax with your booking and directly remit it to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday domicile upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29,- Euro.
