We would be delighted if you find this inspiration equally captivating. From the charm of "Farrow & Ball" wall colors to the elegance of "Gervasoni" furniture and the luxurious Simmons mattresses – every detail has been carefully selected and harmonized. High-quality carpentry installations and the thoughtful Occhio lighting concept also give Friesenhof Änne a unique atmosphere.
Of course, we have also considered modern technology to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

NOTICE (please read!)
To immerse yourself in the holiday feeling right away, a comfortable nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bathrobe, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 35,- Euro per person (excluding toddlers up to 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.
We would also like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate the tax with your booking and directly remit it to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday domicile upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29,- Euro.
LINEN PACKAGE: 35,- EUR per person
SERVICE FEE: 29,- per booking
TOURIST TAX: see tax regulations of individual municipalities
On Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as some other direct booking portals, these costs are collected directly by us in addition to the displayed booking price.
